Farming and agriculture are at the heart of North Carolina’s culture. For many generations, small grains like barley and wheat have been grown in this region for both human and livestock consumption. Malting varieties of barley are being tested in this area to study yield, resiliency, and their ability to grow in new regions and climates.
By malting grains close to the source, we are able to offer the highest quality product, serve our customers promptly and reliably, and reduce our environmental impact. We will work closely with each of our brewers to find the best grains for their brewing needs. If our line of products fails to meet these needs, we can work together to produce a custom malt.
