Our Malted Seashore Rye from our friends at Tidewater Grain Co. offers a rounded rye character that is less bitter and less peppery than many other ryes. Instead of a sharp spice bite, it leans into dried fruit, warming spice, and licorice, with a soft low-bitterness finish.
