Malted Rice

Well regarded for its unique and delicious flavor profiles, this heirloom rice is grown on the North Carolina coastline by our friends at Tidewater Grain Company. Once milled, it does not require a cereal mash and will contribute a more pronounced flavor (compared to flaked rice) while still contributing a crisp, dry finish.
