Chit Malt
Our first release of 2025 is designed to provide mouthfeel, head retention and haze stability to any grist. Use in place of a dextrin-style malt for up to 10% of the mash bill.
Our Chit Malt undergoes a short germination time and light kilning cycle. The result is a bright, versatile malt made with NC-grown Violetta barley sourced 100% within 10 miles of our malt house.
