Sunset Wheat
Customized to be a hybrid of a chocolate wheat and a debittered black malt style, our Sunset Wheat brings a silky-smooth mouthfeel without the bitterness and astringency of other hulled roasted malts. It imparts smooth flavors of cocoa powder and lightly roast coffee. Excellent when layered into big stouts, brown ales, or dark Czech-style lagers. Usage up to 6%.
